Was a fan of True sticks - not anymore
Son was dedicate to True sticks for years. Last three sticks the toes delaminated and chewed up too easily. Now doesnt want to use True anymore.

The TRUE Catalyst 9X is praised for its exceptional lightweight feel, responsive shot, and puck control, making it popular among beer league and recreational players. However, it suffers from significant durability issues with blade delamination, cracking, and chipping occurring within weeks to months of use, along with grip finish peeling prematurely. Multiple reviewers report blade failures within 14 days to 2 months, which is a major concern given the $200-300 price point.
