Shipping and return policy
I was extremely disappointed when I found that I had to pay for the shipping on my recent return. The website claims in multiple places that there is “free shipping” and “free and easy returns” so when I used the return label that was provided, I assumed that it was free. Apparently, I missed some fine print that notes certain returns actually aren’t free. I would recommend adjusting your marketing to make this less misleading for consumers. Had I known that I would have to pay about 25% of the cost of the original purchase for my return, I would have reconsidered purchasing it in the first place. I certainly won’t be making any IW purchases in the future, but hopefully others can benefit from some explicit changes to your marketing language.
