The pattern

The Fischer RC One XPro 2 is a solid mid-weight (410g) recreational stick offering good quality at a reasonable price point, making it an attractive alternative to premium CCM/Bauer options. However, multiple users report blade and heel failures after moderate use in beer league play, and the grip coating doesn't extend fully to the butt end.

Pros
  • +Good value pricing
  • +High quality construction
  • +Mid-weight balance
Cons
  • Blade/heel breakage
  • Incomplete grip coating

Great for beer leauge and recreational hockey

Was skeptical but there wasn’t any other choice for flex, curve and price at the time of purchase. Stick feels thicker than other brands and does’t perform as nearly as well. Honestly, it’s perfectly fine for recreational and non-competition usage. One complaint that I have is the grip coating doesn’t go all the way up to the butt end. Deserves a 3.5 rating.

Not your typical

If you are after a great mid weight (410gs) high quality stick take a look at these. I live in Australia and got these sent to me. Who needs ultra lights and who can afford it? Not your average CCM/BAUER but high quality reasonably priced twigs. I highly recommend anyone looking at this level of stick to take a look at the Fischer brand.

RC one pro review

On my third fischer stick and just play beer league. After a month of beer league games, both times it starts to break around the blade or heel. Not as durable as I thought.
