Perfect stick
Great selection of sticks, Burt is our go to guy. He was one on one with my son asking him questions and came up with the stick that would work for him, End result is my son loves it

The Bauer Vapor FlyLite delivers excellent shot performance with a whippy, low kick-point design that players love for quick release and powerful shooting. However, it has a critical durability problem: multiple reviewers report shaft failures (particularly at the heel and kick zone) occurring within 30-90 days of moderate use, often just outside the 30-day warranty window, making this an expensive stick that doesn't hold up to regular play.

It broke 4 days out of warranty, they seemed to be built just good enough to just get them over the warranty. My son uses a different stick for dryland, so it was only used on ice in practice and games. He does not abuse his sticks, and has gotten very good use for a descent amount of time out of every other stick we have bought him. This stick is not built well at all. I was worried immediately because the first practice my son used it in two kids off of the JV and Varsity team broke their flylites in the practice immediately before his. That is 3 Flylites breaking that I know about in 2 months.
I’m a single dad who’s shopped at Pure Hockey, all through my son Bertie’s Youth Hockey an ultimately men’s varsity ice hockey all through high school! Even in times of serious illness, Pure Hockey from the owner all the way down to the staff have shown me nothing but generosity and professionalism and ultimately quality!
