The Bauer Proto2 has a recurring durability problem, with sticks breaking after limited use and replacements sometimes failing just as quickly. Before those failures, the stick delivers a satisfying feel and strong performance. It also feels light.

Very whippy but not durable
My kid (2010) loved it, and then it broke about two months later, on the shaft.
