The Bauer Proto-R is a mid-kick player stick in the Proto line.
The Bauer Proto-R has poor durability, with sticks repeatedly breaking after limited use. The stick feels light in the hands and offers good feel and control. It also performs well on shots and has an effective release.
I play men’s league and this stick snapped about 4 inches up the shaft from the player making a pass. Used maybe 10-14 times. I shot better with a cheap X3. Plus side it is very light. Pros: Lightweight Cons: Poor Durability, Poor Craftsmanship
Easy purchase and arrived quickly. Great stick. My son loves this style and it is great for his powerful shot.
We have broken 4 of these sticks in 6 weeks. DO NOT BUY!
I've had it about a month. So far, I love it.. F87/P92
