Tracer is weak
My son like the light stick and puck handling. This is our 3rd or 4th TRacer in two years because they break very easily. Wish they made these more durable for the $360+ price tag.

NEXUS TRACER
The Bauer Nexus Tracer player stick is built around an updated mid-kick flex profile that helps load the shot for a harder release, while its balance point allows for a comfortable feel in the hands. A vibration-dampening scrim layer in the blade and shaft adds control on shots and passes while enhancing puck feel. TeXtreme carbon fiber throughout the blade and shaft reduces stick weight while guarding against impacts and collisions.

The Bauer Nexus Tracer has a lightweight feel, handles the puck well and delivers a hard shot. Durability is a concern, though, because sticks can break after limited use, and replacement sticks have also failed early.

Scary at first
I bought this stick at $350, I hadn’t spent that much on a stick in a while. The thing broke 2 weeks in on 3rd skate, from a shot block. The swap out for a replacement was easy, just picked another off the shelf. No more than 5 minutes in the store. Had this stick now 3 months and I’ve had no issues.
