Amazing
I have yet to actually skate in these since I picked them up yesterday, but I wanted to say that coming from the Ribcor 100k Pro’s, these are the closest fitting skates I tried. I wasn’t sure where to go after they discontinued the Ribcor line. I tried Vapors, and a couple others, but as soon I tried these on I was sold. Incredibly comfortable. I was a little worried about the aggressive forward pitch, but they feel fine walking around. If possible, I’ll update this review after my first skate. Also, I’ve always worn 7.5 and I sized down to a 7 in the Visions. Best to get your foot scanned if you can. The guys at Pure Hockey were awesome as always.
Best skates on the market!!
I’ve been a Bauer guy my entire life and CCM knocked these Vizions out of the park!! Almost like they designed this skate specifically for Bauer guys to switch over. It’s sleek, not bulky like other CCM skates. Way thinner padding similar to Bauer so you get the connection with the boot but way more comfortable than Bauer padding is. Quality and construction are exceptional and I find better than both the Bauer Fuse and Flylite. To me this is a better version of the Bauer Flylite as they share a lot of similarities. The Flylite felt cheaply made to me with the injected eyelets and just in hand overall compared to the Vizion. The fit on the Vizion is hard to describe but they really nailed it taking up all the dead space in the boot. The graphic is sick too. I mean for me it’s the best skate that has come out in years, probably the best skate on the market to date. The added forward pitch felt very natural coming from the Vapor line. Overall, super impressed!
