The CCM Tacks 652 player skates pair a flexible, forgiving synthetic quarter package with a soft plastic outsole designed for flexibility. The skates are heat moldable and use a soft felt tongue with basic padding. The SpeedBlade XS holder is fitted with replaceable CCM XS stainless-steel runners.
