The CCM JetSpeed FT690 feels comfortable almost immediately and remains comfortable through repeated use, with little break-in needed. It also fits well. Beyond comfort and fit, the skate feels stable and light.

Great skates for daily competitive use
After wearing Bauer Vapors for 3 seasons, my daughter wanted to try other brands and very glad she did. Gone are the 'Bauer bumps' on her heels and feet and she's really enjoying the fit and performance of these skates. She's put 100+ days of almost daily competitive use on these FT690s this season and her feet have never felt better. Also enjoying the performance - stiff and light. Highly recommend esp when considering features for the price. Kudos to the skate fitters at PH Medford MA - they were super helpful when trying on different brands and models.

Comfy Skates
My last. pair of skates lasted about 15 years. All the guys I play with said it is rough to get a good fit on the new skates. I had the 690s baked, and wore them fir the first time last week. The felt great, and were really comfortable. I'm sure I'll have these skates for a long time.

Best skate at this price, HANDS DOWN!!
Tried on many skates at the store at similar price, and these felt so comfortable, flexible and supportive. Got them baked, and 2 months later, still loving them! They feel higher end than they are priced. Great value!
