The Bauer X-LP player skate combines 3D Injected boot construction with a microfiber liner. It uses a Lightspeed Pro II holder and is not heat moldable.
I bought these because my daughter is learning to skate and I wanted to learn with her. Rental skates were just completely uncomfortable. The customer service was wonderful in helping me identify the correct size. I purchased online because the nearest skate shop is almost 2 hours away. Was amazed at how they fit perfectly and how much better it is to learn on skates that actually fit correctly.
Great value for beginning skaters. Very good quality and the kid has no complaints at all.
Super affordable option for learning to skate. Glad we chose these. A little stiff, which I expected. Instructor has told me they will break in well.
