Does not last very long
My son bought two of these sticks about 6 months ago. Both have cracked along the paddle and need to replaced. While the stick is lightweight it is not durable. Would not recommend.

The Bauer Supreme Shadow is exceptionally lightweight and praised by some for its feel and pop, making it appealing to younger goalies. However, it suffers from severe durability issues, with multiple reviewers reporting shaft and paddle cracks within weeks or months of use, even with careful handling. At its premium price point, the stick's fragility makes it a poor long-term investment.

[Employee of purehockey] Light as heck I recommend this too young goalies that have trouble with heavy sticks.
Two months in and the stick is severely splintered. Costs way too much to not last.
As a parent of a 2008 goalie - this has to be the least durable (and most expensive goalie stick) our son has ever used. He plays at a high level and his first Shadow cracked within about 3 weeks, we were able to replace that stick (thankfully within 30 days window) - and without any hassle from Pure Hockey (thank you). The replacement lasted less than 3 months. This one cracked along the spine. We will never buy this stick again. He’s used sticks for entire seasons without any issues or damage. We will stick with the lower priced models which seem a lot more durable.
